Travel Registration: Faculty/Staff

This requirement is applicable for the following types of travel:
  • Personal travel before or after leading an Education Abroad program
  • Attending or presenting at a conference
  • Guest lecturer or sabbatical travel
  • Research expedition or work abroad
This process is available for travel not related to faculty/staff work at the University, such as vacation, but registration is optional. If you would like another staff member to assist in the travel registration process, please designate them as a proxy.

To register your travel, simply click the "Apply Now" button, answer the questions about your scheduled trip, click "Add to Itinerary" then click "Apply".

If you need to register travel on behalf of another UNCW faculty/staff member: please submit the .
