Berlin, Germany
  • Earn up to 15 credits per semester studying abroad in Berlin; no previous German language study is required.
  • Live in a German homestay or student apartment.
  • Choose one of two available programs: European Studies Program | GermanPLUS+ Program (advanced German-language ability required).
  • Enjoy cultural and social activities such as walking tours, visits to museums and destinations of historic, academic and cultural interest, day trips and more; volunteer opportunities are also available.
  • Excursions include a week-long European city tour, a day trip to Potsdam, a 2-day Baltic Sea weekend and a 2-day weekend trip to Erfurt and Weimar.
  • A 2-night tour of London, England, is included for students on the AIFS Flight Package.
  • Tuition and transcripts provided by Freie Universität Berlin.
