Program Description

The University
University of Roehampton, located in southwest London, is internationally renowned for its thriving academic culture and cutting-edge research. Roehampton offers students close contact with university professors in an architecturally attractive environment. Although located approximately 25 minutes from London’s city center, the ponds, gardens and lush landscaping of Roehampton’s campus provide a nice respite from the hustle of the big city. Roehampton invites students to participate in either its 3 or 6-week International Summer School program.

The Surrounding Area
Located in the southwest corner of London, the university is a convenient starting point for many excursions. Day trips are available to locations such as Oxford, Bath and Stratford-Upon-Avon. Longer adventures to Ireland, Scotland and Wales are also popular among students, as are sites in many parts of continental Europe which are easily accessible via air, ferry or train.

The center of London, with its exceptional cultural and social facilities, is just a short journey away.
