UNCW students may live in a variety of on-campus, university-managed facilities alongside local students. Student accommodation mainly consists of apartment-style living, with each student having their own single room. Some halls also feature private en-suite bathrooms. As most students live in apartments, with easy access to a kitchen, the majority of students select self-catered accommodation. However, Aberdeen also offers a number of catered residence halls.
