The city’s convenient transportation options link travelers to nearby European hotspots like Oslo, Copenhagen and the Baltic States. More locally, Swedish landscape offers day trippers the opportunity to explore mountains, forests, countless lakes, wide-open countryside, and a coastline that stretches for thousands of kilometres.
